We are currently looking for Skilled Construction Workers to support a variety of onsite construction activities. The ideal candidates will have practical experience in construction trades and demonstrate a commitment to quality workmanship and safe working practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform skilled construction tasks in line with trade expertise (e.g., carpentry, masonry, plastering, tiling, electrical support).
• Read and interpret basic drawings or instructions where required.
• Prepare and maintain construction sites, ensuring materials and tools are organized.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of structures and fixtures.
• Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and site procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and other team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in construction or a specific trade.
• Strong technical skills relevant to the role.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform demanding tasks.
• Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Basic communication skills (English preferred).
• Valid work permit license in Malta.
