We are seeking Construction Site Cleaners to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization across our construction sites. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and maintain construction sites, including removal of debris and waste.
- Sweep, mop, and organize work areas regularly.
- Dispose of construction materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Support site teams by maintaining tidy and hazard-free workspaces.
- Assist with basic site preparation and clearing activities.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in cleaning or construction environments is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills.
- Valid work permit license in Malta.
