Juel Group is a growing and dynamic company in the construction industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality projects with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. We are currently expanding our team and looking for reliable individuals to support our operations on-site.

We are seeking Construction Site Cleaners to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization across our construction sites. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean and maintain construction sites, including removal of debris and waste.
  • Sweep, mop, and organize work areas regularly.
  • Dispose of construction materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Support site teams by maintaining tidy and hazard-free workspaces.
  • Assist with basic site preparation and clearing activities.
  • Follow all company health and safety procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or construction environments is an advantage.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic communication skills.
  • Valid work permit license in Malta.
